Return Policy
RN Factor stands behind our products. We strive to provide the highest quality, most effective professional skin care products on the market. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. In order to provide the best possible service, we do accept product returns within 30 days of purchase.
We offer two types of returns, a Replacement or a Refund.
Products are eligible for a Replacement of the same item if the original product is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product.
Products are eligible for a full Refund* if you decide you don’t want the item, it didn’t meet your expectations, or if you have had an adverse skin reaction.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to select a different item, you must return the original item for a refund, and then purchase another item.

*Only two Refunds are allowed per year without a restocking fee. All additional Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All returned merchandise must have the original sales slip enclosed. You will need a ret urn merchandise authorization number (RMA) in order for it to be accepted. Return the product via UPS or US mail or other common carrier prepaid and insured. Retain your shipping receipt for proof. Note: We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages returned through the US Postal Service.
